A typical menu has three or four sandwiches, a soup or two, and mac and cheese with candied bacon.

Sandwiches (always the pulled pork, chicken breast, and a veggie sandwich):

  • Pulled pork  sandwich with Kansas City BBQ sauce (or North Carolina BBQ sauce)
  • Chicken breast with mango salsa
  • Beer-braised beef brisket and onions
  • Hummus, tapenade, feta, and tomatoes (V, D)
  • Salmon with wasabi teriyaki sauce
  • Roast beef with Jarlsberg cheese, caramelized onions, horseradish aioli (D)
  • Portobello with ricotta, greens (V, D)

Soups and stews (all GF):

  • Caramelized parsnip soup
  • Tomato bisque (Vg)
  • Chicken tomatillo dark beer stew
  • White bean and chorizo soup
  • Beef chili
  • Quinoa corn and spinach chowder (V, D)
  • Lentil soup (sometimes Vg)
  • Mushroom soup
  • Rustic potato leek (D)
  • Gazpacho (in warm months, Vg)
